Irish PM Varadkar: Possible to come to agreement on Brexit in November

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar is reported by Reuters, as saying that he hopes that the Brexit talks are in the final few weeks.

Trying to achieve a guarantee of no hard border.

Hopes that backstop won't need to be used.

The backstop is seen only as an insurance.

Possible to come to an agreement on Brexit in November.

With a view to having the summit in December.

November summit less likely with every passing day.
