ECB expected to hike rates in mid-2019 - Reuters poll

A majority of economists expect the European Central Bank (ECB) to end its QE program by December 2018, according to latest Reuters survey of 57 economists. 

Also, it is believed the central bank will deliver the first rate hike at least after a time gap of six months from the date of ending the QE program, meaning the lift-off will likely happen in mid-2019.
