GBP/JPY falls below the 150.00
FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The Sterling is trading negative against the Japanese yen in the Tuesday session and after declining 75 pips in the last hour, the GBP/JPY has broken down the 150.00 area to trade at intra-day lows around 149.75.
Currently, the GBP/JPY is trading at 149.95, 0.65% negative on the day. The short term perspective is strongly bearish according to the FXstreet.com trend index in the 15-minute chart. Indicators such as MACD, CCI and Momentum are pointing to the south while the Stochastic is neutral.
Below 149.75, next supports are at 149.50 and 149.20. On the upside, resistances are at 150.50, 151.20 and 151.60.
